Catering Menu:

Hummus and Pita (Vegetarian)

Fattoush: Lebanese Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and parsley. Mixed with lemon juice, olive oil, sumac, garlic, and toasted Lebanese bread (Vegetarian)

Khundar: Sautéed cauliflowers, zucchinis, and carrots that are topped with garlic and tahini sauce (Vegetarian)

Kafta Arayes: Specially seasoned ground beef mixed with parsley, onions, and stuffed in pocket bread. Grilled to a crisp!

Shish Tawook: Grilled cubes of tender chicken breast marinated in Al-Amir’s magic garlic, oil, and lemon.
