Beer Cycle: 45 Minute Indoor Ride

Join us for a 45 minute indoor ride at Revel Cycling Studio, followed by drinks at Loyal Legion. This indoor cycling class is open to all levels, and will be geared toward beginner riders.

Details:

• Please plan on arriving 15 minutes early
• Instructors will assist with setting up bikes and answering questions
• Instructors will cover the basics of adding resistance, modifications for movements, etc.
• Wear athletic gear
• Bring a water bottle and a towel
• Clip in shoes are included!
